Assisted in the business development efforts of the team and marketing of residential real estate services. Worked under the direct supervision of experienced sales professionals. Updated and maintained team database. Met with clients and accompanied sales professionals to property sites. Gathered and coordinated materials necessary for transactions, including commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements. Drafted various correspondences to existing and prospective clients. Coordinated and sent marketing materials. Compiled packages of property data for clients that contain material specifically tailored to each client.
